Training Programs
Custom Training Programs for any distance from 5k's to Marathons:

To start, you will receive an athlete questionnaire via email that will ask you about your running and fitness history.  I will use your responses as the basis for your initial customized personal training program.  Expect to wait about two weeks after submitting your questionnaire for your program to arrive.  I will contact you to setup a time when we can talk through your training plan and get you started on your path toward improved fitness and running performance. 

More than anything, I want to help you to reach your goals.  There are no limits to the amount of interaction that we have throughout your training- you can call me or email me as often as you’d like.  This will allow us to adjust your training as you progress through the program, and also to make adjustments if work or travel conflicts with your training schedule.  
 

8 week program - $35

12 week program - $45

16 week program - $60

20 week program - $75

24 week program – $90
